Software and Compatibility:
The RFD900ux utilizes open-source SiK firmware, re-implemented to suit the 32-bit ARM processor architecture. It supports point-to-point and multipoint networking configurations, with parameters configurable via AT commands. Integrated support is available through APM Planner, with default settings at 57600 baud, no parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, and a 64 kbps air data rate. The modem is fully compatible with RFD900x modems but not with older 900+ series modems.
